SPD to me is a bit meh, but this isn’t a single buff, which boosts its usefulness ( Divine Comfort versus Divine Grace – group is better than individual).This is quite the healing! The Arbalest can do quite a bit, but to bring out her abilities she needs another hero. That initially got her the high rating, but after some time, her weakness was apparent: jack of all trades, master of none. No one is safe from her, The Arbalest can brings a ranged onslaught with stacking heals.
